Commercial Property with Mold Remediation

SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline was called out to help one of our commercial properties partners.  The commercial customer was dealing with a roof leak, and upon discovery when they removed their cove base, there was some microbial growth present on the drywall.  They called us out to assist with the remediation.  The photo on the left shows the cove base removed and microbial growth present.  When SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline is handling jobs like this, we make sure we run an air scrubber to clean the air as the demo is taking placed for the safety of our crew and the customer.  The photo on the right shows the completed remediation and removal of the drywall and wet insulation behind.
