Mold in Finished Basement

A home builder contacted us because they were in the process of building a home and working on the finished basement.  With rain over the last couple of months and the humidity levels we have been experiencing, the builder started to notice mold growth in the basement.  They called us in to assist with the job.  We had to do extensive demo and cleaning.  The photo on the left shows the back side of the steps and the photo on the right shows the steps cleaned.  An Industrial Hygienist was called in from the start to make sure that the home was cleaned properly.  The home was tested after the cleaning and passed all the testing required.  The home builder was very happy of the services that SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline provided.
