Burst Pipe from Cold Temperatures (Polar Vortex)

I homeowner had a water heater burst in their attic and the water then froze to their attic floor.  We had to move the bedroom out, so their content would not get damaged because we had to wait for the water to melt before we could assist with the water damage.  The prefinished hardwoods in the homeowner's bedroom were effected and needed to be removed.  The picture on the left shows the room before we moved it out and removed the flooring.  The picture on the right shows the demo completed and the equipment drying the subfloor for repairs.
