Crawlspace Mold Cleaning

During the summer months we get numerous phone calls about assisting with microbial growth in crawlspaces.  Virginia is a very humid state and with the numerous rain storms we received over the last couple months the phone calls have increased.  Moisture is getting into crawlspaces and couple that with high humidity and you can have microbial growth.  On the left you can see a beam that has heavy microbial growth.  After we assess the work that needs to be completed we come back to either use a wiping method or a soda blasting method.  The photo shows the beam that has been cleaned with a wiping method.  SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline will make it "Like it never even happened."
