Dishwasher Leak

The photo on the left shows you the laminate flooring in the kitchen in front of the dishwasher.  The dishwasher had a leak and effected the laminate flooring.  At a quick glance it doesn't appear to show any signs of water damage.  After performing moisture readings with our moisture measurement equipment, we were able to gauge how much of the floor was affected and needed to be removed in order to dry the structure out correctly. 

The photo on the right shows where the flooring was removed.  You can see the water line on the exposed sub-flooring of how much water the dishwasher had leaked.
