Residential Water Damage

These photos show where water damage from an ice maker line from fridge in the kitchen that leaked onto the pine hardwood flooring throughout the home. 

We tried to dry the flooring with rescue mat system, but the floors had been wet for too long and were not reacting to our drying efforts.

We ended up removing the hardwood flooring in order to dry the sub flooring of the home.

Our customer was very happy with our demo work and drying.  They also said our clean up after the demo work was so great and they were so thankful we did not leave them with a mess to clean up.
